It is necessary to contact us up to 72 hours before your check-in date with the details of everyone who will be staying so that we can authorise entry to the condominium.

Pets are not allowed.

The condominium has a restaurant with additional times and costs to be consulted.

Cleaning carried out before check-in, additional cleaning services can be requested at an additional cost of R$100.00, if requested up to 24 hours in advance.

Car park: Internal for one car (marked space).
