Please note that check-in is only permitted BETWEEN 7am and 7.30pm.

Important:

Pets are not allowed. Children over 2 years old are included in the total capacity of the property. Cleaning carried out before check-in, additional cleaning services can be requested at an additional cost of R$150.00, if requested up to 24 hours in advance. Car park: Internal for one car (demarcated space). Visitors are not allowed. Please note that our flats operate in a residential environment and are part of a condominium, not a hotel. Electricity is included in the price with a daily allowance of 7 KW, perfectly sufficient for a family to live in comfort.

This stipulation is designed to avoid wasting electricity. Every 1Kw that exceeds the allowance will cost R$1.97 to be paid by the guest.
